La diputada electa por la regi\u00f3n San Mart\u00edn, Jacqueline Tapullima, <\/a>est\u00e1 bajo investigaci\u00f3n penal por presunta falsificaci\u00f3n de documento que le habr\u00eda permitido acceder a una curul en el Congreso por el partido Juntos por el Per\u00fa<\/b>, seg\u00fan un informe difundido este domingo por Cuarto Poder.<\/i><\/p>\n

Un reporte de la Polic\u00eda Nacional (PNP) presentado al Ministerio P\u00fablico y citado en el dominical se\u00f1ala que la declaraci\u00f3n jurada que respald\u00f3 su postulaci\u00f3n tiene una firma y una huella digital que no ser\u00edan suyas. <\/p>\n

Un peritaje dactilosc\u00f3pico determin\u00f3 que la huella impresa en el documento oficial no coincide con la de Tapullima, lo que sugiere que \u201cotra persona\u201d estamp\u00f3 la huella para la inscripci\u00f3n. \u201cEsta impresi\u00f3n dactilar no proviene del dedo \u00edndice de la titular\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el perito policial Julio Espejo.<\/p>\n

La ley exige que la declaraci\u00f3n jurada de los candidatos incluya la firma y huella del interesado como muestra <\/a>de su voluntad para postular. El an\u00e1lisis pericial detect\u00f3 diferencias en el conteo de crestas y puntos nucleares entre la huella cuestionada y la original registrada en el Registro Nacional de Identificaci\u00f3n y Estado Civil <\/b>(Reniec), lo que descarta coincidencia biom\u00e9trica. \u201cSus huellas son \u00fanicas\u201d, subray\u00f3 el experto.<\/p>\n

Un estudio grafol\u00f3gico tambi\u00e9n detect\u00f3 discrepancias entre la <\/a>r\u00fabrica entregada para la inscripci\u00f3n y la registrada oficialmente. El perito indic\u00f3 que la firma observada fue hecha por \u201cimitaci\u00f3n servil\u201d y que el trazo no corresponde al habitual de Tapullima.<\/p>\n

Consultada por el dominical, la diputada electa solo respondi\u00f3 que esperar\u00eda la emisi\u00f3n del reportaje y que iba \u201ca esperar la investigaci\u00f3n\u201d, pese a que no acudi\u00f3 a las citaciones policiales para las pericias, solicit\u00f3 reprogramaciones e invoc\u00f3 su derecho a guardar silencio, siempre seg\u00fan el informe. <\/p>\n

La investigaci\u00f3n indica que la pol\u00edtica carece de estudios superiores, experiencia partidaria y antecedentes como candidata, adem\u00e1s de no registrar ingresos ni propiedades. Fuentes oficiales dijeron al programa que su candidatura habr\u00eda buscado \u00fanicamente cumplir con el requisito de paridad en la lista partidaria.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn todo el tiempo que siempre he estado realizando<\/a> estas diferentes campa\u00f1as con la gente que conocemos y no le conoc\u00edan, tampoco nos sab\u00edan. Solamente dec\u00edan Jackeline, pero no sab\u00edamos qui\u00e9n era\u201d, declar\u00f3 Victoria Mej\u00eda<\/b>, simpatizante de la agrupaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u201cTambi\u00e9n hab\u00eda colgado algunas fotos en las redes sociales, aparentando para poder este, enga\u00f1ar de esa manera, falsamente, enga\u00f1ar a la gente diciendo que ella hizo campa\u00f1a. Ella no hizo campa\u00f1a en ning\u00fan momento y siempre voy a ser clara y decir las cosas como son. Ella siempre ha dicho que no tiene plata para la campa\u00f1a\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n

El Ministerio P\u00fablico abri\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n a finales de mayo pasado. Si se confirma la falsificaci\u00f3n, Tapullima enfrentar\u00eda <\/a>cargos por delito contra la fe p\u00fablica, penado con entre seis y ocho a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La legisladora ya recibi\u00f3 sus credenciales y se prepara para jurar el cargo, mientras la investigaci\u00f3n fiscal contin\u00faa. La bancada de Juntos por el Per\u00fa, partido que postul\u00f3 a la presidencia a Roberto S\u00e1nchez<\/b>, tampoco ofreci\u00f3 declaraciones adicionales.<\/p>\n
